We invite you to join us as an Order Fulfillment Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

• Order processing, invoicing;
• Incoming/outgoing mail processing;
• Payments monitoring;
• First-line pre-sales;
• Assistance to sales and marketing stuff;
• Assistance to finance department with accounting procedures.

Essential requirements:

• Sales or office administration experience 1 year or more is a plus;
• Excellent communication skills in Russian and Ukrainian (oral and written);
• Fluent written & spoken English;
• Proficient PC user (email, internet, MS Office: Word, Excel);
• 1C accounting system knowledge is a plus;
• Attention to detail, accountability, quick learner, punctuality, analytical mindset;
• Business correspondence skills.

Location and working hours:

• You will work from the office, located at ABBYY Eastern European HQ in Kyiv, Ukraine.
• Working hours are from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
