Ecommerce SEO/Marketing Specialist

The Ecommerce Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing an online B2B and B2C solution that will be offered to our current vendors. The Ecommerce Specialist will play a vital role in increasing sales and profitability through this value-added service.

Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: 

• Creation and implementation of online B2B and B2C tool using in-house template;

• Work closely with the IT Team to create a cohesive product;

• Help the Merchandizing Team develop and improve all content for our ecommerce websites;

• Design graphics for use on the website and in other promotional materials;

• Ensure marketing content is current and refreshed as necessary;

• Create and or maintain our online identity using best practices through social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin in order to market the business and its products;

• Optimize our SEO and improve current presence on the web through best practices to help maintain our position at the top of internet searches;

• Support the sales of the customer solution

• Keep up with current trends in eCommerce and work closely with sales and marketing teams.

Job Qualifications:

• 5-7 years eCommerce experience;

• Experience in an eCommerce environment processing eCommerce sales orders or providing eCommerce fulfillment;

• Knowledge in SEO and paid search campaigns;

• Experience in digital advertising campaigns & social media platforms such as Google, Amazon, LinkedIn, & Facebook;

• Ability to analyze data and make decisions;

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and adapt to tight deadlines;

• Excellent problem solving skills;

• Graphic design / adobe suite experience is an asset;

• Must enjoy working in a fast-paced and small team environment;

• Must be self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision/direction.
