Optimize web sites for search engines, media campaigns, purchase funnels & conversions, harmonizing the digital marketing of the company. Create, develop, analyze and improve Kyivstar performance campaigns.

Act as the conversion optimization advisor for all the digital business activities; engage in shaping and developing our digital sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize web sites for search engines
• Create advanced SEO strategies
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links
• Develop and implement link building strategy
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
• Drive traffic, conversions and sales for Kyivstar products portfolio
• Plan, manage & optimize SEO / display campaigns
• Continually analyze campaigns performance, define actionable optimization measures
• Create & embody innovative leading-to-conversion ideas, functionality & campaigns
• Produce recommendations for continuous improvement of purchase funnels
• Manage & evolve relationships with our agencies and relevant partners

Required skills / experience:

• Proven SEO experience
• Profound knowledge and proven experience in digital marketing activities
• Proven experience in managing digital advertising / performance campaigns across Google, etc
• Profound knowledge in SEO tools (MOZ, Ahrefs, Similarweb, MajesticSEO, Prodvigator, etc)
• Profound familiarity with various purchasing models (CPM, CPC, CPA) and online media planning
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc)
• Experience with bid management tools
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Understanding of programmatic / auction-based media buying (ad networks, data networks)
• Understanding of digital technologies, design and marketing
• Strong analytical skills & attention to detail within complex projects and time-limited deliverables
• Basic skills in design, coding and editing web-pages and web-templates
• Basic skills in formatting content of pages, writing and applying HTML&CSS
