Вакансія QA Tech Lead

We are looking for a senior manual QA engineer who is passionate about quality assurance and wants to play a significant role in forming QA processes in a company and bringing a product quality to the next level. We offer a great opportunity to influence a company strategy in terms of QA and be a technical leader for our QA team.

We expect that you:

• Have 3+ years of experience in software testing
• Intermediate English level
• Have designed and run various test cases, worked with test sets and test plans
• Have planned a product testing process
• Have worked with bug tracking system
• Know the principles of agile and scrum
• Understand SDLC
• Have basic understanding of HTML, CSS and can explore the bug in a browser
• Have basic understanding of HTTP, XML
• Have strong communication skills, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Are a team player and have teamwork skills
• Are self-sufficient and active

You will be doing the following activities:

• Plan and conduct a product testing
• Prepare test plans
• Communicate with product stakeholders
• Test the product and mentor QA engineers from different scrum-teams
• Plan and implement QA processes continuous improvement
