Danone Nutricia is announcing an opening of Trade Marketing Specialist position in Kyiv.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning, development, implementation, tracking of in store/trade programs to ensure achievement of business objectives;
• Promo effectiveness calculation (ROI);
• POSM and trade equipment management: planning, development, control of deployment, evaluation of effectiveness;
• Merchandising standards development, implementation and tracking. Space management;
• BTL coordination;
• Analysis of market trends, sales, market share dynamics, other performance indicators;
• Competitors monitoring;
• Regular field audit with further control of in-store presence improvement;
• Documentation flow management;
• Cross-functional cooperation.

Experience and qualifications required:

• Higher education (Master or bachelor degree);
• Min 1 year of relevant experience;
• High level of teamwork and networking;
• English - intermediate;
• Good communication skills;
• Project management experience.
