Artel Outsourcing Group is looking for a talented and motivated Talent Integration Manager / IT recruiter to join our professional team in Kyiv.

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-oriented person with a huge desire to drive IT projects forward.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• searching for IT candidates upon the request;
• verifying experience of the candidates and their level of English;
• pre screening and interviewing of candidates;
• conducting of negotiations with the clients (emails, skype/phone calls);
• maintain a database of candidates and recruitment related reports.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
• good spoken/written at least Intermediate+ English;
• ability to prioritize and spot quickly urgent tasks;
• experience in communicating with English speakers (as a plus);
• results-oriented mindset;
• leadership skills.
