Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive market research and intelligence on IT trends; technologies; labor market dynamics; clients; competitors; industry clusters.
• Turn the analysis in the well-structured, well-articulated impactful business recommendations for Top-management, Delivery, Pre-sale teams.
• Help Delivery and Regional Management with on-demand analytical requests.
• Provide full-scale analytical support for selection; validation and opening of new locations (financial modelling; stress-tests; alignment with other business units; market research).

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience from management consulting firms OR
• At least 4 years' of strategic analysis /business analysis/ market research / pre-sale support experience from leading technology companies in Ukraine OR
• At least 4 years' of market research experience from a professional market research agency
• Degree from a leading Economics / Technical University in Ukraine
• Fluent English
