Вакансия Head of Marketing Department

We are looking for a Head of Marketing with proven experience in digital marketing, leadership, and excellent commercial acumen to drive the Devart Marketing team of 10.

Key Responsibilities:
- Play a primary role in developing the holistic marketing strategy for all Devart’s products
- Innovate and implement, test and learn strategies throughout the business. Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and manage the implementation of ongoing improvements
- Own key business metrics, support in-depth business reviews and present to senior management
- Use data to measure and understand customer behavior and apply those insights to our marketing levers
- Collaborate with other members of the team including Product Management, Design, and Engineering to develop and prioritize customer-obsessed product features and marketing strategies
- Develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration

Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with good understanding of current marketing tools, strategies, and growth hacking techniques
- Effective team management experience
- Proven track record of performance excellence
- Advanced understanding of the web and mobile user acquisition, traffic monetization as well as a working knowledge of current and emerging trends and technologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills both Russian and English and an ability to lead and influence others
- Strong analytic skills with extensive experience working with different analytics tools
- Ability to hire, develop and manage a world class team
