Skills:

• Leadership skills;
• 5+ years experience with C#;
• core ASP.NET;
• Entity Framework Core, LINQ, T-SQL, MS SQL;
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment process;
• Ability to build a solution from scratch;
• First approaches to testing (TDD), BDD;
• Ability to convert requirements into a set of unit/integration tests;
• Knowledge of architectural design methods, including TOGAF, SOLID, DRY;
• Good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities:

• Selection and management of our own team responsible for the development of the business module of the system;
• Ensuring the correct implementation of the developed engineering practices/processes (including CI/CD, BDD, CodeReview, adaptation, assessment/care, task qualification/distribution among team members;
• Participation in the interview/assessment of engineers;
• Participation in the development of best practices;
• Participation in the processes of choosing system architecture/technologies;
• Optional: Leadership in technical practice in a technical area between teams.
