As a fintech / financial technology company, we develop advanced trading systems for Forex, CFDs, cryptocurrencies and stocks. We work with clients from all over the world — mainly forex brokers, exchanges and banks. The future employee will join one of the teams that carry out internal projects aimed at designing, implementing and maintaining proprietary applications such as: stock exchange platform, cryptocurrency wallet, transaction system, Copy Trading application and CRM system for financial institutions.

How does the recruitment process look like at Match-Trade Technologies?
STAGE I — SEND CV

STAGE II — LET’S TALK

STAGE III — LET’S MEET
The meeting will be attended by people responsible for recruitment and leaders of the department in which you want to work. We will verify your knowledge and experience necessary to work in a given position. It’s also time for you to ask questions about the specifics of your job, earnings, team or Match-Trade Technologies culture.
STAGE IV — FEEDBACK
After completing the recruitment process, a decision will be made to choose the best, in our opinion, candidate for a given position. This person is offered employment. Regardless of the decision, each candidate receives feedback.
