Position: ServiceNow Architect

Salary: 1000 - 1500 PLN/MD (B2B) will depend on your skills and results of technical interview.

Localization: 100% remote (We would be pleased if you decide to move to Poland)

Start: ASAP

Cooperation: long-term (8 months +)

Required languages: English B2/C1

Various projects / Sectors: pharmaceutical, automotive, medical, industrial.

Responsibilities:

• Defining and ensuring a comprehensive and coherent view across Business, Information, Systems, and Technology.
• Provide input to the design of ServiceNow based ITSM solutions as a recognized Architect or Design Authority.
• Work with: Customer Managers, Architects, Subject-Matter Experts, Solution Designers and senior level representatives on client side.
• Provide input to and/or create specialist points of view for the market and where appropriate present at industry events.

Technical knowledge / certifications / candidate's profile:

• An experienced ServiceNow architect with proven thought leadership in technical implementations, development of best practices (4+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, acting as an architect on minimum 3 full ServiceNow implementations).
• Experience in designing architecture for core ITSM and at least 2 additional ServiceNow modules/features (e.g. Service Catalog, ITOM, HR, SAM, ITBM, Orchestration).
• Able to present business cases, strategies, solutions, make recommendations, gather team consensus to solve problems and prepare prototypes for proposed solutions.
