Responsibility:
1. Responsible for the OTN and related equipment, site survey, supervision device installation, goods arrive acceptance, equipment testing, service commission, acceptance, network health inspection, network upgrades etc.
2. Responsible for OTN and related equipment, engineering and technical problems tracking, processing、until the problem is solved and feedback to customers.
3. Responsible for OTN and related equipment network assessment, optimization program development and implementation.
4. Responsible for customer requirement feedback, as well as customer technical communication and completed on schedule.
5. Responsible for customer /subcontractor technical training and have good evaluation results;
6. Responsible full implementation of after-sales technical service responsibilities, the project delivery process and after the delivery of network stability;
7. Responsible for the company assigned to other tasks, to ensure that the task completed on time.
