We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who is ready to rock the Western markets with us!

Our mission is to provide students with educational support enabled by technology, connecting tens of thousands of students with freelancers around the world to provide help and support with any homework related issues.
You are a perfect fit if you:
- know English
- ready to work at least 2 night shifts (11pm-7am) per week, choosing any day you want
- are 18+ years old
- desire to develop and excited to take a challenge
What are the responsibilities?
Chatting with the clients from the USA, Australia, Canada and Great Britain regarding their academic-related tasks. No annoying phone calls and no super-formal language, no previous experience needed. Cool, right?
