Business Boost International BV is a company supporting companies with their internationalisation. Business Boost is headquartered in the Netherlands and has 7 foreign offices, amongst others in Kiev and Odessa (Ukraine).

One of our clients is looking for an ACCOUNT MANAGER CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE (animal breeding equipment).

The client is a leading company in the production of durable panels made from recycled plastic. These robust panels are wear-resistant, hygienic and easy to assemble. Applications are in agricultural, industrial and construction sectors.

The company wants to grow its business in Central and Eastern Europe, with an initial focus on the agricultural sector and more specifically the pig sector.

The account manager will be located in the office of Business Boost in Kiev or Odessa. Frequent travelling should not be a problem for the account manager.

After training, this account manager will amongst others:

• Develop a sales strategy for Central and Eastern Europe
• Maintain contacts with existing clients
• Will acquire new clients

We ask for the following key competences:

• Sales experience (ideally in the agricultural sector)
• Higher education
• Excellent communicator
• Result oriented and being able to work independently
• Speaking Russian, Ukrainian and English at an excellent level

We offer a very interesting job with a fixed base net salary in the range of UAH 30,000 — 45,000.

An additional bonus scheme will be agreed with the selected candidate.
