Ciklum is looking for HR Admin to join our office in Kyiv.

It is a position for an energetic and structured HR professional with a proven track record in HR Administration.

Responsibilities

• ensure correct and timely employee records keeping (hirings, transfers, dismissals, other info changes) in Company staff system for several locations / countries
• support HR Admin paperwork (contracts, amendments, resignations etc.) in full compliance with Company policies and related legislation
• provide comprehensive and prompt consultations on all HR Admin topics to employees and managers
• execute other tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements

• higher education
• 1+ years of related work experience
• intermediate+ English
• solid knowledge of UA labor legislation
• advanced PC user (MS Office, google-docs, HRIS).
