Job Purpose:

As a Recruitment Lead, you will perform the strategic role of staffing consultant and contact point for the hiring managers. You will have a great and talented team around, which will appreciate your advice, good example and mentoring. Likewise, they will delight you with their results and achievements.

You will also act as staffing lead for several projects with full cycle recruitment responsibilities, including preliminary consulting, further recruiting strategy and its actual implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of recruitment professionals
• Ensure full-cycle recruitment services on location
• Participate in staffing strategy development for specific projects and positions
• Analyse the staffing process
• Look for creative and innovative approaches to identify, source and engage candidates

Expert Knowledge:

• 6+ years of recruiting experience (preferably in the IT industry)
• Understanding of software development company functioning
• Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components

• Upper-Intermediate Strong level of English
