Вакансія Associate with the Commercial Law Department

Requirements:

• Degree in Law, knowledge of commercial law, experience in preparation of legal documents in English (memoranda, contracts, due diligence reports etc.), research and analytical skills, ability to manage the team of mid-level associates, fluent written and spoken English.
• The background in corporate law combined with the experience of servicing M&A transactions, specifically including preparation of transaction documents (including share purchase, investment and shareholders agreements) will be an asset.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of professional work experience in the sphere of commercial law with a law firm having international clients.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients in a professional, ethical and efficient manner
• Handling clients' matters and projects under partner's limited supervision
• Providing legal advice, including, inter alia, negotiating and drafting legal documents, preparing memoranda and legal opinions to the firm's clients
