Dedicated delivery center for one of the world's largest corporation, counting over 140 engineers in over 20 projects.
Responsibilities:
- Be a single point of contact for all IT issues;
- support local project servers for the entire account;
- help project teams address issues related to customer's IT services;
- act as local helpdesk assistant for projects;
- maintain and execute local IT knowledge base;
- communicate with Luxoft and customer's IT representatives;
- making backups of important project services and data;
- making manuals of getting access to the customer's services: mail, VPN, etc.;
- making documents of project infrastructure and internal processes;
- intelliJ Idea license service support.
Skills:
Must have:
- LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP understanding;
- MS Active Directory and Group Policy experience;
- MS Windows Server 2012/2016 experience;
- Atlassian Jira/Confluence support and maintenance;
- Hyper-V/ESXi virtualization experience;
- Strong issues solving skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Spoken and written English at least Upper-Intermediate.
Nice to have:
- Linux experience is a plus;
- VeeamBackup&Replication knowledge;
- Check_MK (Nagios based) knowledge.
