Main responsibilities:
• HR processes design and implementation
• Supporting management by providing consultation on HR issues
• Conduct one-to-one meetings with employees
• Design and implement staff retention activities
Trainings:
• Help in designing of learning and development solutions
• Coordinate trainings conducted by internal and external trainers. Help with the training organization. Collect training documentations. Collect and analyze feedback of participants
• Maintain the knowledge base and administer the training library
Assessments:
• Help in designing appropriate assessment tools to measure employee’s soft and hard skills development
• Design and execute competency-based interviews
• Organize and conduct 180 and 360-degree assessments
• DISC assessment
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in HR
• Upper Intermediate English
• Experience of work in large system company
• Experience in employee’s assessment: competency-based interviews, 360 degree assessment, assessment centers, DISC Assessment
• Experience in learning and development: trainings’ organization and coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive life position
