Our Client:

Our Client is a UK based hybrid ERP system vendor that provides its services in more than 20 countries to 450 clients and over 60.000 end users. Hybrid ERP is a combination of core on-premises ERP capabilities and cloud capabilities in areas such as collaboration, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and sales. This combination allows merging the reliability of on-premises ERP solutions with low capital costs and easy infrastructure upgrades, typical for cloud-based solutions.

Our Project:

We have a long-term cooperation history with the Client. Currently, we are building the solution from scratch for modular cross-platform mobile applications heavily based on Xamarin Native approach targeting iOS, Android, and Windows systems. Mobile solution will support disconnected mode and data synchronization by means of Azure Mobile App Services allowing such features as time tracking, contract management, issue management, etc.

What you will do:

  • Work with little or no supervision effectively handling small and medium projects.
  • Analyze functional requirements and help develop a consistent solution scope.
  • Identify and analyze stakeholders’ roles and attitudes. Plan and build communication strategy and channels considering stakeholder analysis results.
  • Establish and monitor the requirements management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and conduct elicitation sessions. Document and confirm elicitation results.
  • Create and maintain requirements documentation according to the agreed format.
  • Act as Proxy Product Owner.
  • Identify and track changes to requirements. Facilitate requirements prioritization. Ensure requirements traceability.
  • Facilitate review, verification, and validation of business analysis deliverables.
  • Conduct solution acceptance, determine the most appropriate response to identified defects.
  • Manage requirements related conflicts and issues up to their resolution.

What is required to succeed in this position:

  • Strong understanding and experience in using BA practices for requirements elaboration, management, solution validation;
  • Experienced in early project stages as BA: proposal preparation, scope definition;
  • Experienced in stakeholders analysis and management;
  • Experienced in workshops, user interview, other requirements gathering practices preparation;
  • Experienced in market researches, ability to prioritize options;
  • Ability to evaluate and setup/adjust BA processes on the project. Understanding of development/deployment processes;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills;
  • Leadership skills;
  • Construction domain understanding.
