An intentional successful online marketing and software development company “TechMedia4U” is looking for a CTO / VP R&D in Kiev office.

Seeking a VP R&D / CTO to be a part of a business development team with responsibilities for:

• Manage human resources of the company.
• Manage internal processes and document structure (corporate rules, company regulations).
• Manage software development using external & internal resources on multiple projects.
• Making decision about technologies being used.
• Product development time and cost estimations.
• Building development teams.
• Distribution tasks between teams.
• Providing high velocity of the development team.
• Perform quality assurance of the product. Be responsible for that.
• Interviewing and managing the hiring process.
• Teaching and new people involvement.
• Managing production environment health and scale on multiple projects.
• Leading technology teams in everyday operations
• Drive product feature definition and integration.
• Be the lead developer/architecture on the teams. Must be a very strong developer lead.
• Contribute to senior management team, guiding strategic decisions and resource allocation.
• Help shape and execute bold visions for the future of the product and the company.
• Monitoring management of all hardware, software, databases and licenses.
• Continuously optimize company development processes, code base, and production infrastructure.
• Supervising software testing, and information systems security and maintenance
• Manage design process and architecture process of the products.
• Managing office needs: software, hardware, and HR.
• Support existing and future cloud and software services.
• Manage product delivery processes.
• Communicate with partners and product owners.
• Provide Technical support for partners, clients and customers on an as-needed basis.
• Managing the development team leads, BAs and PMs.
• Assist development teams with integration testing and issue tracking.
• Document technical processes throughout the system.
• Manage company development plans.

Qualification:

• Must have at least 2-4 years of experience as a web developer.
• Must have experience in writing codes with PHP.
• Must have at least 4 years of Product Management skills
• Understanding of budgets and business-planning.
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Strategic thinking.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Self-motivated workstyle.
• BS/MS degree in Engineering or Computer Science or relative experience.
• Strong Project Management skills with the ability to multitask between several projects.

Key Skills/Experience:

• At least 4 years of Project Management

• At least 2 years if PHP 5.6 + / 7, OOP, MYSQL, Linux
• Experience with Yii2, Laravel (experience with other framework are highly welcome)
