Ciklum Employer Brand and Employee Experience team is looking for energetic, diligent and passionate Junior Employer Brand & Employee Experience Specialist to join our Kyiv team.

Responsibilities:

General day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to:

• Working with job-boards: contracting, managing payments, handling various requests from Data Base operators and Recruitment teams.
• Workplace platform management: on boarding of newcomers
• Posting announcements of events at different platforms
• Working with JIRA system, handling procurement and payment requests.
• Communication with internal departments: Finance, IT, Procurement, Facility Management
• Ordering snacks and drinks for the events
• Preparing venue for the events
• Handling various deliveries
• Handling requests on research
• Handling purchase requests
• Handling tasks related to team-building events organization: booking venues, contracting, payments, coordinating activities.
• Communicating with vendors
• Handling expense reporting

Requirements:

Due to the nature of this role, we will see that your flexible team player, capable of multitasking, “will do” attitude, attentive to the details and focused on result.

• Relevant experience in administrative area;
• Organized, focused, attentive to the details;
• Pro-active, with positive attitude;
• Quick-learner;
• Good communication skills;
• With good command of English (intermediate level)
