Responsibilities:

• Preparing job descriptions for publication and placing them on different advertisement sources
• Screening and sorting out incoming CVs
• Carrying out first telephone interviews, pre-screening candidates
• Processing candidates via KPMG recruitment system
• Answering phone calls, arranging interviews
• Testing candidates
• Preparing various types of reports
• Assisting HR Manager and specialists

Requirements:

• Motivation to get exposed to one of the best recruitment practices in the market
• 5th year student or senior
• Ability to work full-time
• Advanced English, both written and oral
• PC proficiency
• Strong analytic skills
• Strong communications skills
