Main Responsibilities:

• compiling and executing an effective sales strategy, aimed at meeting strategic goals
• increasing the profit that company generates through leads, new orders, up- and cross-sales
• planning and organizing work of the Sales department
• controlling the execution of all tasks done by Sales department managers
• building a dream team of Sales department managers
• communicating with other departments in regards of ideas implementation

Requirements:

• 2+ years of developing and leading high performance sales teams and achieving sales goals
• Basic knowledge of marketing
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Stress-resistant
• Responsible
• Flexible
• Having strategic thinking
• Good with numbers
• Strong skills in the areas of verbal/ written communication, leadership, negotiation and prospecting
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Goal oriented
• English level – upper intermediate+
• Bachelor degree
• Technical writing experience would be a plus
