Customer Support Specialist / Engineer (IT Company) (Night shift)

Due to company growth Verismic has a great fulltime opportunity for . Customer Support Specialist in the office based in Kiev. We are looking for a highly talented and motivated engineers to work on the company's next generation of products. This candidate will be joining a fun organization and have the opportunity to work on leading edge technology.

Requirements:

• Advanced in English, both written and verbal (mandatory)

• Maintain customer service relations in USA, UK

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries

• Problem-solving abilities and can handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines

• Dealing directly with customers by telephone and electronically (e.g. online chat and email)

• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle product inquiries

• Directing requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate person

• Attention to detail

• Work schedule (from 20:00 to 7:00)

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field
