Key Responsibilities

  • Supply and Contracts related:
    • Seeds allocation management (develop needs, track production availability and follow up on booking respective volumes for KA customers with quality specifications);
    • Support Customer Service and Finance departments in document exchange with customers and partners;
    • Various invoices from vendors, service providers, direct customers collection and internal flow them for approval.
  • Analytics:
    • Develop efficient system for collection, analyzing and presenting of information (presentations, analytical reports, business meetings, strategy reviews, etc.);
    • Keep database of Key Accounts with specific target on territory mapping and needs assessment;
    • SalesForce.COM support (information collection from KAMs and analyzing);
    • Developing templates and managing pivot tables format data management;
    • Presentations development in PowerPoint (strategy and business reviews);
  • Administrative and organizational assistance to the KA Department:
    • Administrative support for KA Lead and operationally to KA Lead direct reports (expense reports, business trips arrangements);
    • Ordering hotels/restaurants/training locations for business purposes (internal events or customer related events);
    • Organize training events, study tours, meetings, Field days, conferences;
    • Various scientific/research presentations translation (from English to Ukrainian) for training purposes;
    • Assist in organization visits of foreign colleagues and leaders to Ukraine

Requirements

  • Higher education (Finance, Economics, etc)
  • 3-4 years of experience with analytical type of job in the agriculture industry;
  • Knowledge of the agricultural market specifics, products would be a significant advantage;
  • Previous experience with multinational company or AG-Holding company is highly valuable;
  • Good interpersonal skills; Organizational and communication skills;
  • High stress tolerance and emotional intelligence;
  • Good time management; Strong result orientation and sense of accuracy;
  • Open-minded and creative thinking capability;
  • Fluent Ukrainian is a must; Min Intermediate level of English is required;
  • Positive and proactive life position;
  • Advanced PC user.
