Our service platform in Ukraine includes the provision of advice and professional support to international corporate occupier clients in relation to their office requirements in Ukraine. As we continue to win market share in this growing market sector, we are now seeking to recruit a Junior Office Occupier Services Consultant within our busy Global Occupier Services department.

Responsibilities will include:

• Formulating proposals for the provision of office occupier services to global corporate clients.
• Database management.
• Undertaking research and analysis of office market in Kyiv and regional cities of Ukraine.
• Report writing.
• Financial analysis.
• Accompanying colleagues on site viewings with occupier clients.

Requirements:

• The candidate should have a strong command of English as well as be a native Russian and Ukrainian speaker.

• Travel within Ukraine will be required.

• Whilst experience in the real estate sector is not necessary, a willingness to gain and implement an understanding of the office market, building technologies, lease contracts and negotiation skills will be expected.
