Вакансія Investment Analyst

A7 CAPITAL (part of A7 GROUP) is looking for an Investment Analyst in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Requirements:

• Higher education (economics/finance/management);
• CFA certificate would be a plus;
• 3+ years of working experience in the same position in investment/financial company in Ukraine;
• Strong presentational, communicative, analytical skills, attention to details, stress-resistance, ability to built long-term relations;
• Fluent English is a must;
• Proven positive references.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct market and financial analysis in order to identify potential transaction opportunities and present this analysis to senior colleagues (Partners);
• Upon high-level guidance from senior colleagues develop pitchbooks for subsequent presentations to the clients;
• Participate in transaction executions - develop detailed valuation models and present them to senior colleagues; participate in legal documentation development (engagement letters, term sheets, SPA, SA, memorandums, prospectus etc.), client presentations (teasers, management presentations, road show);
• Contribute to internal knowledge base: methodology, training materials, etc.;
• Assist in searching at least for one Associate in the region, ensuring sufficient level of his performance;
• Fundraising and M&A services for energy, agriculture, FMCG, healthcare, defense & security, TMT industries;
• Asset management and private banking services to VIP corporate clients and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families;
• Searching for new investment opportunities;
• Product-launch and market-entry assessment;
• Identifying efficiencies and improvements in business operations;
• Assessment of strategic initiatives including complex analysis of data.

Conditions:

• Trial period: 2 months
• Schedule: Normal work time from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday - Friday, although overtime may be required during busy periods
