We are opening a new position for a Senior System Analyst/PO

Requirements:

— 2-3+ years experience as a System Analyst/Business analyst (with lot of Backend analysis tasks)/Product owner (Back End).
— Experience as a System analyst with creating and launching of the card processing services development/integration, transaction processing services integration and development in financial domain — must.
— Deep knowledge of card processing protocols, flows, reporting and reconciliation procedures, interfaces and algorithms of processing center, flows of integration processing services with 3rd party systems.
— Deep knowledge of VISA, Master Card (additional payment systems will be a plus) requirements, technology, processes and standards.
— Strong knowledge of card security standards, PCI DSS (must), experience with obtaining the PCI DSS certification will be a plus.
— Deep knowledge of technical side in server applications and system architecture: cloud, API (other protocols), Big Data, IOT.
— 3+ years successful experience as a BA/SA/PO in different domains (will be a plus).
— Ability to create clear and concise technical requirements docs (English writing, diagrams, UML, BPMN).
— Describe clearly: object models, processes, integration flows.
— Excellent knowledge of system analysis, business process analysis and optimization.
— Knowledge of software development lifecycle and software development methodologies
— Strong attention to details, abstract mindset, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product.
— Strong knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering and solutions assessment, negotiations and working with development team.
— Experience in new product creation from scratch in financial domain.
— Understanding and ability to identify the customer needs.
— Ability to identify new trends and approaches and then apply them in a product.
— Ability to clearly present solution, feature with strong argumentation.
— Excellent communication skills demonstrating a proactive approach at all levels with Developers, QA and Stakeholders.
— Excellent knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Visio(or similar). Good in Balsamiq, Axure, Photoshop(or similar).
— Ability to maintain knowledge base on the business needs.
— Advanced/Fluent english (written and oral).

Responsibilities:

— Collect, define and translate business objectives and distribute to the Team.
— Create detailed and understandable technical requirements, tasks, support functionality till production.
— Work with 3rd parties, develop integrations, processes, negotiate with stakeholders regarding the requirements.
— Interact with team, organize product development, deliver product vision and functionality to the team (s).
— Create tasks, populate backlog, grooming sessions processing.
— Understand the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
— Drive the product development and growth.
— Creating product vision, functionality, ideas.
