Вакансія Live Operations Manager

The Live Operations Manager is in charge of creating and maintaining the events and promotions actions for the games assigned to him.

Tasks will include:

• Work closely with the Business Performance Manager and the production team to define promotion and events strategy inside the live games,
• Build a comprehensive and in-depth planning of all operations inside the game,
• Define the communication strategy inside the game: work with marketing and artists on asset creation (banners, text notifications) and coordinate their localization and upload with our teams,
• Set-up the campaigns in the required tools and ensure their correct behaviour with QA,
• Monitor the performance of the campaigns/events and provide post-mortem analysis on their impact on the retention and revenues of the players,
• Provide weekly reporting on campaigns/event performance and communicating on future operations to all stakeholders involved,
• Benchmark and analyze competitors

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or related field,
• Professional experience in Gaming, Business Intelligence or Online/e-commerce field,
• Good knowledge of Excel,
• Good understanding of statistics,
• Fluent in English.

• Strong analytical (Excel) skills,
• Able to translate analytical findings in actionable recommendations,
• Excellent copywriting skills and a keen visual sense: an eye for detail and a quick wit.
