Ciklum is looking for Personal Assistant to join our strong and professional Kyiv team.

Responsibilities

• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Сollating and filing expenses
• Control booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

Requirements

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Service-minded personality with good interpersonal skills
• Problem solving attitude and attention to detail
• Able to work on several tasks at the same time
• Advanced in English – Both in writing and orally
• Communication skills
