Infopulse is inviting a talented, experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible individual to join our team as a Voice Value-Added Services Provisioning Specialist in a Telecom Team for our respectful client BICS in our Kyiv office.

Areas of Responsibility

• Provisioning of telecom Value Added Services (VAS): manage customer inquiries for new numbers, request the service from suppliers, introduce the details in systems, maintenance of the database
• Technical implementation of all kinds of phone numbers
• Tight interaction with customers and suppliers
• Effective installation, configuration, operation, maintenance and administration of VAS services and associated applications
• Testing of installed services in testing and tracing tools
• Troubleshooting/diagnosis and resolving a variety of Provisioning/VAS related issues (Service Management processes)
• Maintaining the data bases of all the ITFS/UIFN/DID/GMN numbers

Qualifications

• Willing to work as part of a team and take a hands-on role in detailed routine tasks where required
• BS/MS degree (or equivalent by experience)
• Fluent English (both spoken and written), the knowledge of Spanish will be an advantage
• Rigorous with figures
• Experience in Telecommunications or IT area would be an advantage
• Experience of working in international environment
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
• Easy with technology, tools and applications
• Initiative and positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical skills
