Responsibilities
Establish Ukraine specific HR brand
Culture ambassador responsible
Provide full scope of HR retention service to teams, including: developing and advising on motivation programs, individual/team retention tools, Comp&Ben, Training & Education strategies etc.
Hold satisfaction surveys and performance appraisal process for the teams
Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives in order to improve business efficiency and people management allowing for planned growth
Ensure HR procedures and policies are followed by employees
Provide personal support on the research, design and development of HR initiatives
Involved in recruiting and interviewing to ensure HR Culture fit
Create risk assessment for each employee and proactively identify departure risks and contingency options
Propose and implement retention strategy
Implement retention policy
Develop and implement preventing measures for staff leaving
Conducting performance evaluation and development interviews with employees
Working with teams on improving quality of cooperation and business unit performance
Coaching & training managers on how to develop theirs teams
Plan, budget and execute corporate events
Requirements:
5+ years in HR BP at IT company
Has successful experience in working with multinational clients
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Flexible and open-minded person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong desire to work with people
Ability to provide coaching and feedback; facilitation skills
