Responsibilities:

-Customer support via ticketing system;

-Work with information concerning inquiries, confirmations, and complaints;

-Entering data into a CRM, other online tools, and cloud-based platforms.

Skills and Qualifications:

-Excelent written / verbal communication skills in Portuguese/English/French/Chinese/Japanese/German/Dutch;

-Experience working with Zendesk, as a plus;

-Responsible, deadline driven and result-oriented individual;

-Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
