Right now we are actively expanding and searching for a Senior QA / Team Lead to take over the team leadership and to help in mentoring junior developers.

We require:

 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing;
 Experience testing Web and mobile applications, API & Databases;
 Hands-on experience in automation;
 Deep knowledge of QA principles, processes and practices;
 Good knowledge and understanding of Agile (Scrum);
 Exceptional analytical skills and attention to details;
 English - upper intermediate;
 Experience in all phases of the QA cycle (e.g. requirements analysis, test case
identification, test scripts authoring, execution, defect tracking, status, reporting of
results);
 Nice to have experience with automated testing tools at both the API and UI level.

Responsibilities include:
 Communication with internal development teams regarding requirements,
clarifications and quality expectations;
 Perform functional and non-functional testing;
 Design test cases and formulate structured test strategies;
 Execute test plans;
 Review test failures and determine root causes of the problems (test deficiencies,
deviation from requirements, etc.);
 Mentor junior staff.
