Egis Ukraina LLC is searching a candidate for a position of Recruiter and Communication Specialist.

Egis Ukraina LLC is a subsidiary of Egis International, providing the main activities in consulting and engineering in the field of major transport infrastructure, water, energy, environment as well as urban development, buildings and industrial projects.

Recruiter and Communication Specialist will be responsible to assist Business Development Department with all recruitment activities for the upcoming and ongoing projects.

Main Duties:

• Sourcing for experts mainly in engineering sphere (freelancers) and staff employees
• Interview conducting
• Negotiating
• Networking
• Maintenace of expert corporate database
• Employer branding initiatives
• Working with the company's website, writing press releases and texts for printing
• Participation in preparing tender proposals, market research
• Communication with experts
• Translation of company's texts (upon request)

Job requirements:

• Experience in recruitment / headhunting / sourcing 1+ year
• Working with search sites and social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Having skills in direct search and closing niche engineering roles
• Higher education in HR, Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, International Relations would be an advantage
• Highly developed communication and negotiating skills
• Willingness and ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian, Russian - fluent, English - advanced
• MS Office knowledge
