Вакансія Buyer (Direct Materials)

Our Client, one of the leading multinational FMCG companies, is announcing an opening for Buyer (direct materials) position.

Main responsibilities:

• building effective cooperation with internal stakeholder, establishing fruitful cooperation with suppliers and managing supplier relationship;
• conducting local tenders for Ukraine, Morocco and Kazakhstan, negotiating with external clients;
• performing market and offers evaluation through tenders and benchmarking exercises;
• preparing and signing contracts/annexes, providing suppliers validation according to agreed company procedures;
• tracking KPI performance on local level with support/coordination of Senior Buyer (cost & cash initiatives, timely projects launch, daily stakeholders' requests);
• working in SAP: PO, e-contracts, e-catalogues, vendors creation.

Main requirements:

• University degree;
• 1+ years of experience in Procurement (preferably with direct materials);
• Upper-intermediate knowledge of English as a must;
• SAP knowledge as a plus;
• good analytical and multitasking skills.
