responsibilities:
- trend tracking in crypto industry, be compliant with today's and upcoming regulations of cryptocurrencies and token sale projects status in different countries
- maintenance of current legal documents and making changes/adjustments if needed
- structuring of offshore/onshore entities to conduct token sales
- implementation of AML & KYC procedures
- implementation and setup of processes inside the company according to GDPR
- make NDAs with contractors and setup clear process for all upcoming people joining the team
- preparation of agreements for advisors, team members and accredited investors
- close cooperation with finance department and product team
requirements:
- proven track record of resolving legal problems fast in international projects (IT related)
We are looking for people interested in project with upcoming token sale and product launch on global market. The cooperation can start part time and full time based on the scope of work. Our team is 70% on remote, so there is no need to be in office 24/7. Salary will be discussed based on your experience.
