We're IO Technologies - IT company providing analytics products with big international data team of 50 people. Just 3 years ago we came up with an idea and developed a platform for collecting and processing data which nowadays processes more than 6 billion events per day working on more than 300 physical and virtual servers.

We are developing a product that collects statistics, analyzes data and distributes them to reports in such a way that makes complex analytics clear to a usual author, editor, marketer, and manager.

Currently, we're looking for the person to join our team as Enterprise Sales Manager.

Main requirements:

• 2+ years experience in sales
• Practicing B2B IT sales
• Extensive customer network (from 10 hot contacts from Top-200 companies in Ukraine / CIS / Europe / the World)
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
• Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business
• Experience in positioning and selling technology in new customers and new market segments (closing deals worth $30,000)
• Experience working with CRM and in using B.A.N.T.

Main tasks:

• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
• Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Manage contract negotiations
• Spearhead business development initiatives in consistency with the company's overall strategy
• Contribution into revenue generation and strategic partnerships development and management
