Вакансія Security Shared Services Manager

Shared Services Manager leads the cyber Security Shared Services function (SHSS) for BU Eurasia, responsible for delivering cyber security services to support cyber security teams in each BU Eurasia OpCo. The role manages pivotal horizontal security services across the organization, orchestrating security best practices while delivering on and executing against complex, large-scale enterprise strategies. Shared Services Manager works under the leadership of the Eurasia Cyber Security Director to develop recommendations for leadership, implements and maintains an effective and efficient approach to VEON cyber security that is both balanced and consistent with the mission, values and operating goals of VEON.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in identifying, building, and growing SHSS across BU Eurasia OpCos;
• Consult and advice BU Eurasia OpCo project team members in regards to security matters;
• Consolidate and align requirements on how the work products should be customized to insure that analysis & results will support engagement decision making;
• Function as a governance subject matter professional consulting with clients on SHSS best practices and guiding clients in the delivery of SHSS responsibilities;
• Work in active partnership with development teams during operational security reviews providing leadership and high level security design guidance;
• Prioritize, design, implement and operate procedures for shared services working closely with colleagues from across the organization;
• Responsible for the identification of tools and technology to support and maintain sustainable shared services;
• Define, measure and regularly communicate performance metrics as compared to agreed upon service levels for shared services function;
• SHSS strategic initiatives, tracking contractual requirements including disputes, conviction, SLAs, and other mandated activities

Requirements:

• Relevant knowledge in Information/Cyber Security from both organizational and technical points of view;
• Experience in identifying, building, and growing Security Shared Services;
• Understanding of IT technologies and processes, such as protocols, infrastructure, middleware, networking, software and hardware;
• Knowledge of information security best practices and standards including but not limited to SOX, ISO27K, PCI DSS, ITIL, COBIT, NIST;
• Experience in the implementation of security initiatives that require partnership with other IT areas and business units;
• Experience in the implementation of large-scale security programs;
• Strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills;
• Ability to effectively influence and interact with all levels of an organization;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
