Вакансія Network Cyber Security Penetration Testing Manager

Network Cyber Security Penetration Testing Manager will help BU Eurasia OpCo teams to provide network security services and infrastructure operations as well as conduction of penetration tests and cyber security assessments. Network Security Manager will cooperate with local teams in order to improve OpCos network security processes, implement new technologies that ensure ongoing adequate and sustainable network security support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the support on Incidents, problems, tasks and complex projects performed by the network operations for support of BU Eurasia Security teams;
• Carry out application, network, systems and infrastructure penetration tests;
• Closely collaborate with BU Eurasia Security teams to provide effective support for penetration testing tasks;
• Cooperate with local teams in order to improve OpCos network security processes which includes issue tracking, issue remediation, key risk and performance indicators, intrusion prevention, anomaly detection, and lead response efforts;
• Document security exercises including the formal plan, execution summary and the after-action report;
• Oversee, approve, and accountable for all changes in the network security technology environment;
• Participate in project work and troubleshooting related to BU Eurasia network operations;
• Maintain documentation for network standards, baselines, architecture, and solutions engineering;
• Integrate network security processes with other functions in BU Eurasia to develop controls to solve complicated challenges

Requirements:

• Experience in penetration testing of large and complex enterprise networks;
• Knowledge of system and application security threats and vulnerabilities (buffer overflow, mobile code, cross-site scripting, injections, malicious code);
• Familiarity with vulnerability management and penetration testing tools (NMAP, Nessus, Qualys, Burp, ZAP, Nexpose, etc.);
• Ability to analyze vulnerabilities, appropriately characterize threats, and provide remediation advice;
• Strong understanding of security principles, policies and industrial best practices;
• Ability to convey results clearly in formal technical or non-technical reports;
• Desire and ability to continuously learn and apply new technical skills
