We are searching for new talents to join our Cool Marketing team.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the basic tools of digital marketing;
• Experience and knowledge of the main Social Media channels (Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn);
• Understand the advertising campaigns process in social media;
• Experience in Email marketing;
• Openness to quickly deal with other digital channels;
• Ability and desire to learn quick and become Guru Digital Marketing;
• Positive thinking, proactivity;
• English: Advanced (TOEFL 80, IELTS 6.5, other certifications or foreign diploma);
• Marketing Background (at least a year) or Marketing\Advertising diploma;

Duties:

• Overseeing the Social Media Marketing planning and distribute content through various platforms;
• Conducting and optimizing advertising campaigns;
• Lead generation;
• Market analysis and monitoring of competitors;
• Segmentation and creation of new remarketing audiences;
• E-mail marketing automation (update email marketing automation strategies, care about email list quality, create engaging content);
• Monitoring and optimizing traffic sources, searching for new opportunities;
• Digital research and trend watching;
• Looking for partnership opportunities (affiliate program, digital PR, directories);
• +Event coordination, A/B tests.

As a plus:

• Experience of using GetResponse;
• Facebook Dynamic Remarketing;
• Photoshop\Illustrator;
• Understanding Google Analytics, Facebook\Twitter\LinkedIn Ads;
• Google Certificates and IT background is a huge plus.
