Requirements:

• English - Upper-Intermediate and higher (Suomi/Swedish/Norwegian as a 2nd language will be a great plus)

• Previous experience in customer support will be a plus

• Excellent Communication skills

• Analytical & Research skills

• Sense of humor

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via online chat, e-mail and phone

• Collaborate with other departments to help customers with their inquiries

• Ensure customers' satisfaction and build relationships
