Forte Group is an international IT Consulting Company headquartered in Chicago (USA). Our company successfully provides full lifecycle software development services from architecture and UI design, development and testing to integration and maintenance.

We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and check all legal documents
• Prepare visa, travel and employment verification letters on the ongoing basis
• Maintain correspondence with the US and European countries Embassies, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, US Department of Labor on behalf of the company or employees
• Complete and submit applications as well as the following supporting documents for Green Card and Visa process
• Maintain and provide constant updates on employment and immigration law for foreign individuals to Ukraine, Belarus, USA and European countries
• Ensure that all the information provided by the candidate is accurate and correct

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding English skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work well individually and as part of the team
• Excellent interpersonal skills
