Hi, I’m Sasha Weber, CEO and co-founder of Crynet.io, a marketing agency which offers solutions for ICO’s and blockchain companies. Our head office is in Prague, but we sell our products all over the world, with the main markets in the US, Canada and Europe. Sales in Russia account for only about 20% of the company’s revenue. Latoken, Swissborg, Patron and many other companies use Crynet services. We have solutions for both ICO clients, and for large corporate blockchain companies.

Our aim is to become the leader in the global blockchain market. In order to achieve this goal, we need to expand our market presence by attracting new customers through digital channels. Now we are looking for a digital sales/marketing professional. Each month, hundreds of prospects get to our website from Google, and Bing searches, and from social media (Facebook and LinkedIn). Your goal is to increase the amount of targeted traffic and conversion rates. The main expected result is new leads and new clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Call lead prospects generated by multi-channel marketing efforts
  • Call on decision makers within targeted accounts to initiate the sales process
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales
  • Collaborate with Business Development Director and Sales Executives to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Executives
  • Execute 10+ cold contacts per day working with AMOCRM automated processes

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Must be fluent in English
  • College degree or an acceptable combination of education and experience
  • 1 to 3 years of direct work experience in sales or telesales
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills. Excellent listening skills
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of integrity and work ethic
