Вакансія HR Director

We are currently looking for a professional HR Director to join our international team and become strategic business partner for our expatriate Management in Rivne, Ukraine. The HR Director will be responsible for developing the HR management system and processes to enable consistent business growth through people. While representing the biggest factory in the Group, Ukraine HR Director will also play a key role in development of the Group HR Community.

Your assignment

• Establish partnering relations with Senior Management, build integrated HRM system, align HR KPIs to meet business needs
• Develop a strong professional HR Team (currently 5 direct reports in the HR Department)
• Design and deliver yearly People plan to improve employee engagement and satisfaction and make Rivne factory a great place to work
• Secure recruitment plan execution as being a critical deliverable to double-capacity extension project
• Lead Employer Branding communication activities internally and externally, secure right fit to Employee Value Proposal
• Partner with Factory Manager on developing leadership capability of the organization
• Provide People plan update and relevant HR KPI reporting to Factory Manager and Group Management
• Supervise HR Admin process, secure compliance to Employment legislation

To succeed in this role You need to have

• 5+ years hands-on HR Management experience with international exposure
• Business acumen, complex problem-solving, ability to balance internal customers’ and external stakeholders’ interests
• Proven leadership skills, ability to provide professional and personal development to own staff, to prepare a successor
• Excellent communication skills, ability to act as change agent and challenge the authority
• English at Upper-Intermediate level, Ukrainian at professional level
• Experienced user of HR digital tools, learning agility to acquire and utilize HR skills of the future
• Knowledge of Ukrainian Employment legislation and 1C
• Readiness to relocate to Rivne

Desired

• Higher Economic or Business education, understanding cost-benefit ratio and ROI calculation of HR Program or Project
• Mass-recruitment experience either in-house or external agency
• Industrial background, cross-functional knowledge of safety and quality management systems, 5S
