Infopulse Ukraine is looking for a talented, passionate, innovative, result-oriented Dusiness analyst (6820) to join our Technology Delivery Studio team and to work for dynamic and challenging internal business projects in our Kiev office. Our customer is one of the worldwide known audit Big Four companies providing audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services.

Successful candidates should have the followingcompetencies / skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent · 3+ years of business analysis, , system analysis or quality assurance experience is required

· Good command of spoken and written English

· In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles, including Agile development and testing is a must

· Familiarity with TFS/VSTS, MS Visio, SQL, Web Applications

· Prior experience that demonstrates good understanding of business will be an advantage

· Organization, analytical, planning and leadership skills

· Strong management, communication, technical and remote collaboration skill are a must

· Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment

· Ability to effectively conduct technical discussions directly with Project/Product management, and clients

The responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to

· Assistance in documentation of the following: requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, feature descriptions, user guides, process flows, wireframes, and newsletters;

· Responsibility for having a complete and thorough understanding of application requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to articulate those clearly to all other studio team members, including developers and QA testers;

· Collaboration in planning and execution of User Acceptance testing;

· Promotion of effective teamwork and spirit of partnership;

· Proactive escalation of issues and risks to Technical Delivery Manager or Engagement Manager as required. Assistance in issue resolution and risk mitigation.
