Responsibilities:

— Deeply understand the customer experience of the product;
— Drive the product growth and offer a new ideas;
— Lead and implement a product/feature from idea to production;
— Managing the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities;
— Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and wireframes/mockups;
— Scope and prioritize requests and features based on stakeholders and customer feedback;
— Identify gaps in products, potential risks;
— Communicate with developers, stakeholders and partners;
— Provide cross-system analysis and prepare system integration requirements by obtaining information from multiple sources;
— Elicit requirements from stakeholders;
— Develop requirements and ensure their completeness and accuracy;
— Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed;
— Prepare reports and product’s roadmap for management.

Requirements:

— Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills;
— Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders;
— Good team player, leader and diplomat;
— Initiative;
— Analytical thinking;
— At least 3 years of experience as Product Manager or Business Analyst;
— Expertise in Financial Industry at least 1 year (Corporate finance, Financial markets, Insurance etc);
— Experience in functional requirements documenting;
— Strong understanding of UX, UI;
— Experience in Agile, Scrum;
— Knowledge of trends in fintech, blockchain, bitcoin, trends in technologies in general. Understanding how it all works;
— Upper intermediate / advanced level of English.
