Responsibilities:

• Search and select candidates (mostly different levels of IT roles and sometimes non-technical roles);
• Coordinate all interview stages (technical, project and customer interviews);
• Conduct HR interviews;
• Coordinate new hire details with respective units;
• Provide analytical and well documented reports;
• Job market analyses and reviews.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in the IT industry;
• Experience in headhunting and direct search;
• Good understanding of IT job market;
• Ability to drive full cycle of recruitment process;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Result-oriented and self-driven;
• Upper-Intermediate English.
