We are looking for a self-driven and passionate Senior Recruiter to join our team.

About the Role:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Search, select and headhunt candidates for sales, product and technical positions in the US, EU, Asia and Ukraine.
• Conduct HR interviews to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to position requirements.
• Create job descriptions, work on optimization of recruiting processes and practices.

About You:

• 2+ years of experience in IT companies or recruitment agencies.
• Experience in candidate selection, interviewing.
• Experience in direct search and headhunting.
• Ability to lead full cycle recruitment process.
• Understanding of IT job market.
• Advanced English.
